Viriditas Healing Retreats
Healing retreats are for taking time out from your normal life to relax, think, walk, sleep, or heal. They can be for as little as a few days or as much as a few weeks.
'Viriditas' is an inspiring place, unique in its own energy; it is expansive, dynamic and expressive. It looks out over the Pacific Ocean and Wainiu Beach near Gisborne, New Zealand.
Your time here will include all meals prepared (organic food where possible), the gardens are a eco-friendly 'Spray free' Zone. Meals will include food grown in our own gardens or locally sourced in season is used where possible. It will be largely vegetarian with optional local fish.
Extras such as Massages, and/or complementary health consultations and acupuncture from qualified practitioners can be arranged by request.
